Off-Page SEO Services in Dubai: Authority That Actually Moves Rankings

I'm Raaquib Pathan, and my off-page SEO services in Dubai earn the links and mentions that search engines and AI assistants trust. That means editorial placements on 90+ DA sites where they fit, and relevant industry sites where relevance counts for more, every one vetted by hand. No private networks, no bought link packages.

Quick answer

What are off-page SEO services?

Off-page SEO services build the signals about a website that live on other websites: editorial backlinks, digital PR coverage, brand mentions, reviews and consistent business profiles. Search engines read those signals as evidence of authority, and AI assistants draw on many of the same third-party sources when deciding which brands to name.

Key facts

  • Raaquib Pathan ran QuickMail's off-page SEO for more than six months.
  • His AI SEO case study earned unpaid editorial links from European government domains.
  • Top placements sit on 90+ DA sites; relevance to your industry decides the rest.
  • No PBNs, link farms or undisclosed paid links, in line with Google's spam policies.

Who this is for

Who are off-page SEO services in Dubai right for?

Off-page SEO works best for businesses whose pages are already technically sound and genuinely useful, but lack the authority to outrank established competitors. It is the wrong starting point when pages aren't indexed or the content is thin, because links pointing at weak pages rarely hold their value.

A good fit if

  • Your pages are indexed and well written, but competitors with more referring domains outrank you.
  • You compete in a crowded Dubai sector, such as real estate, finance or healthcare, where authority decides page one.
  • A past agency bought links and you want a cleaner profile built on real coverage.
  • You have stories, data or expertise that journalists and industry sites would want to cite.
  • You want your brand named on the sources AI assistants cite for your category.

Not a fit if

  • You want 50 links a month at a fixed price per link. I don't sell links by the unit.
  • Your site has indexing or speed problems. A technical audit comes first.
  • You need results within weeks. Authority builds over months, and faster promises mean shortcuts.
  • Nobody can share expertise or data. Good placements need something worth citing.
Placement vetting

How do I vet a link placement?

Before any outreach, each target site goes through the same six checks: topical relevance, real organic traffic, editorial standards, outbound links, indexation and audience fit. A site that fails one check is dropped, however high its DA. That filter is what keeps a link profile clean over time.

Checks applied to every link placement before outreach, with the red flags that rule a site out
Topical relevanceWhat I look atThe site covers your industry, city or your customer's problemRed flagCasino, crypto and fashion posts side by side
Real organic trafficWhat I look atTraffic trend in Ahrefs and whether it ranks for real queriesRed flagTraffic that collapsed after a core update
Editorial standardsWhat I look atNamed authors, edited copy and a clear contributor policyRed flagA "write for us" page with a price list
Outbound linksWhat I look atWho else the site links to, and how oftenRed flagDozens of unrelated commercial links per post
IndexationWhat I look atThe site and its recent posts appear in GoogleRed flagRecent articles missing from the index
Audience fitWhat I look atIts readers could plausibly become your customersRed flagA strong site in a market you don't serve
Reporting

What does monthly off-page SEO reporting include?

Monthly off-page SEO reporting shows what was earned, where, and whether it moved the pages it was meant to support. Link counts alone mean little, so every placement is listed with its source and target page. Unlinked mentions are tracked too, because AI assistants read them even when search engines pass no link value.

How I work

How I run an off-page SEO campaign

An off-page SEO campaign with me starts with your existing backlink profile and your competitors', then moves to angles, vetted targets and outreach. Every month ends with a report that ties placements to the pages they support. The work is slow on purpose: relevance and trust take longer than volume.

  1. Backlink and competitor audit

I review your current links for risk and value, and compare your referring domains with the sites outranking you.

You get: a clear picture of the authority gap.

  2. Choose the pages that need authority

Links go where they move revenue: money pages close to page one, and the guides that feed them.

You get: a shortlist of target pages.

  3. Find angles worth covering

Data, expert opinion and stories your business can credibly offer journalists and industry editors.

You get: a set of pitch angles.

  4. Vet targets and reach out

Each prospect passes the six checks before a personalised pitch goes out.

You get: a vetted target list and live outreach.

  5. Report and adjust

Placements, mentions and ranking changes are reviewed monthly, and effort shifts to what works.

You get: a monthly report tied to target pages.

Proof

Off-page SEO proof you can check

My off-page SEO work is easy to verify. Cristian Ungureanu at QuickMail recommends me for off-page SEO after more than six months together, a brand-new SaaS site earned unpaid editorial links from European government domains, and a global manufacturer grew ninefold with press-driven backlinks part of the plan.

My own bylines on GoDaddy and Hunter.io, and expert commentary in Databox, show the editorial standard I pitch to for clients.

What you get

What you get and how we can work together

An off-page SEO engagement gives you a vetted target list, earned placements and mentions, and a monthly report tying each one to the page it supports. Most clients start with a link audit and authority plan, then move to a monthly programme. I don't price per link, because that rewards volume over relevance.

Deliverables and what each one includes
Backlink auditWhat it includesRisky, broken and valuable links in your profile, plus a competitor gap analysis.
Authority planWhat it includesWhich pages need links, which angles will earn them and where to pitch.
Vetted target listWhat it includesEvery prospect checked against the six criteria before outreach.
Digital PR anglesWhat it includesData, stories and expert comment your brand can credibly offer.
Earned placements and mentionsWhat it includesEach one logged with its source, target page and date.
Monthly reportWhat it includesReferring domains, mentions, and ranking and traffic change on target pages.

Ways to work together

  • Link audit and authority plan

A one-off review of your backlink profile against competitors, with a 12-month authority plan.

    Typically 3–4 weeks

  • Monthly off-page programme

Outreach, digital PR and mention reclamation, reported every month against target pages.

    Six months minimum recommended

I don't publish off-page SEO prices or sell individual links; fees depend on your market and goals. Read the SEO cost guide.

Why work with me

Why work with me on off-page SEO

Raaquib Pathan builds links the slow, defensible way, and has a verified off-page track record to show for it. You get a named consultant who vets every target site and reports honestly on what landed and what didn't. Nothing is bought in bulk, and nothing would embarrass you in a manual review.

A verified off-page record

QuickMail's digital strategist recommends my off-page work on LinkedIn after more than six months together, and my AI SEO case study earned government links without paying for any.

Relevance before DA

Top placements reach 90+ DA, but a relevant UAE industry site often does more for a Dubai business than a famous domain that ignores its market. Fit comes first.

Authority that feeds AI answers

I track mentions and citations as well as links, so authority work also improves how ChatGPT and Perplexity describe your brand.

Questions

Off-page SEO questions, answered

These are the questions Dubai businesses ask most before paying for link building: cost, timelines, in-house work, tools, reporting, Google's rules and AI search. Each answer leads with the short version, and the policy claims link to Google's own documentation in the sources at the end of the page.

  • Off-page SEO costs depend on how competitive your market is and how many pages need authority, so I quote a monthly programme after a strategy call rather than a price per link. Per-link pricing pushes providers towards cheap, irrelevant placements. My SEO cost guide explains typical UAE ranges, including what bought links usually cost.

    Related: SEO cost guide

  • Link building usually takes three to six months to show clear ranking movement, because search engines have to discover, crawl and weigh each new link. Pages already close to page one respond fastest. My off-page work with QuickMail ran for more than six months, a realistic horizon for authority to compound in a competitive category.

  • Build in-house if you have a PR person with journalist relationships and time to vet sites properly; otherwise hire a specialist. Most in-house teams struggle with the vetting and the patience rather than the outreach itself. A consultant brings tested angles and a vetting process, and your team can take over once the approach works.

  • I use Ahrefs for backlink analysis, competitor gaps and referring-domain tracking, Google Search Console for the links Google records and for ranking changes, GA4 for traffic and enquiries, and mention monitoring for unlinked brand references. Outreach relies on personalised pitches rather than mass templates, because editors ignore obvious copy-paste requests.

  • A monthly link building report from me lists every placement and mention earned, with its source, the page it supports and why the site passed vetting. It then shows the change in referring domains and in rankings and traffic for the target pages. If a month produced fewer placements, the report explains why and what changes next.

  • Paid links that pass ranking credit break Google's spam policies unless they carry rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow". Guest posts are fine when the article is genuinely useful and the site is editorially independent. They become link spam when the article exists only to carry a keyword-rich link, so I only pitch pieces a site's readers would want.

  • Yes, indirectly. Links and mentions on trusted sites build the authority search engines reward, and AI assistants draw on many of the same publications, reviews and directories when composing answers. That is why my off-page work tracks brand mentions and AI citations alongside links, and prioritises the sources those assistants cite for your category.

  • DA, or Domain Authority, is a Moz score from 1 to 100 that estimates a site's ranking strength, and Moz itself says it is not a Google ranking factor. A 90+ DA site is usually a major publication. I use DA as one filter among six, because a relevant industry site with a lower score can move rankings more than an unrelated famous domain.
