WordPress SEO Consultant in Dubai

I'm Raaquib Pathan, a WordPress SEO consultant in Dubai who also works with Wix, Squarespace and Webflow sites. Website builders make publishing easy, but plugins, heavy themes and default settings often hold sites back. I find what is actually limiting yours, fix it with your team, and leave you with a site you can look after yourself.

Quick answer

What does a WordPress SEO consultant in Dubai do?

A WordPress SEO expert makes a site easier for search engines to read and for people to use. That usually covers plugin and theme cleanup, speed, indexing of archives, titles, internal links, schema, Arabic setup and content updates. For Wix, Squarespace and Webflow the priorities change, with more focus on working within each platform's limits.

Key facts

  • WordPress's own documentation covers SEO settings and good practice, but plugins and themes can add problems.
  • Tag, date and author archives can create large numbers of thin pages unless they are managed.
  • Modern builders such as Wix, Squarespace and Webflow handle many basics, though limits vary.
  • My SEO work has generated 10M+ AED in revenue across several platforms.

What do website owners search for when SEO stops working?

Website owners usually search when traffic falls, a redesign goes badly or a site feels slow. They look for a WordPress or Wix expert, a one-off fix or someone to help after a plugin breaks. Businesses in Dubai may also ask about Arabic versions, and many want to know whether they should stay on their platform or move.

  • Traffic losses after a redesign are one of the most common reasons people look for help.
  • Many business owners cannot tell whether a problem comes from the platform or from how the site was built.
  • Dubai businesses often need good right-to-left Arabic support, which some themes handle poorly.
  • Local firms in JLT, Business Bay and Al Barsha usually need working WhatsApp buttons, correct Business Profile links and accurate Ramadan hours, all easily broken by a redesign.
The hard parts

What usually holds WordPress and builder sites back?

WordPress and builder sites are usually held back by what has been added over time rather than the platform itself. Plugins pile up, page builders add weight, archive pages get indexed and redesigns break internal links. On Wix and Squarespace, templates can limit some controls. Most of these problems can be fixed without rebuilding the website from scratch.

Too many plugins

Each plugin adds code and potential conflicts. Two SEO plugins running together is a surprisingly common and damaging setup.

Heavy page builders

Builders and sliders add scripts that hurt speed on phones. Often a lighter setup can keep the same look.

Thin archive pages

Tag, author and date archives can fill the index with near-empty pages. Most should be noindexed.

Redesigns that break things

New URLs, missing redirects and lost links can remove years of progress in just one launch.

Platform limits

Some controls are limited on hosted builders. A good consultant works within them, and tells you if moving is really worthwhile.

The playbook

My WordPress & website platform SEO playbook

Raaquib Pathan's platform playbook subtracts before it adds. It removes unnecessary plugins, trims heavy code, cleans up the index and repairs internal links, then improves pages already close to page one. Only after that does it plan new content. The aim is a faster site your team understands and can maintain after the project is over.

What I measure

What should you measure after fixing your website?

After fixing your website you should measure enquiries, organic clicks, speed and how many useful pages are indexed, rather than a plugin's score out of 100. Raaquib Pathan uses Search Console, GA4 and real user data, then reports whether the fixes are bringing more qualified visitors and contacts, using language that non-technical owners can follow.

Raaquib is a specialist, who is not only an expert in his domain, but has an in-born skill to plan, implement and handle his clients with ease. And right after he assures, he delivers. One step further... Raaquib spends enough time looking through your brand to know what genuinely works versus what doesnt. Therefore: no fluff, just SERP stuff. Keep up with the 'postioning'.

Questions

WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and Webflow SEO: common questions

These are questions website owners in Dubai ask about SEO on WordPress and popular website builders, including which platform is best, whether to use plugins and when to move. Raaquib Pathan answers from technical experience across platforms. The right decision always depends on your site, your team and what you actually want your website to do.

  • Which platform is best for SEO?

There is no single best option. WordPress gives you the most control but needs care. Webflow offers clean code and good design control. Wix and Squarespace handle many basics and suit smaller sites, with some limits. A well-run site on any of these can rank well. Choose according to your team's skills and how much flexibility you truly need.

  • Which SEO plugin should I use on WordPress?

Use one, set it up properly and leave it at that. Popular options such as Yoast and Rank Math are both capable, and the differences matter less than people suggest. Problems come from running two together or leaving default settings. A plugin cannot fix thin content or slow hosting, and its green lights are not a guarantee of rankings.

  • Can a Wix or Squarespace website rank well?

Yes, for many businesses. These platforms have improved a lot and handle basics like mobile layouts and sitemaps well. Good content and local signals often matter more. They can become limiting on large or complex sites, or where you need fine technical control. If your site is small, moving purely for SEO is rarely the best use of your money.

  • Should I hire a WordPress SEO freelancer?

A good freelancer can be ideal for specific fixes, such as speed or a plugin problem. A consultant adds more value when you need a wider diagnosis, priorities and a link to business results. In either case, ask them to explain what they would do first and why, how they back up your site, and how they would show results.

  • Should I rebuild my website to fix SEO?

Probably not as a first step. A rebuild is expensive and risky, and many problems can be solved with less drastic work. Try fixing plugins, speed, indexing and content first. If the platform or the design really is the limit, plan a careful rebuild, with redirects and benchmarks agreed in advance. A redesign alone seldom fixes rankings.

  • How long do WordPress SEO fixes take to work?

On an established site, technical fixes can show results within weeks to a few months, particularly when pages were already close to the first page. Brand new sites generally take much longer. Speed improvements help users immediately, although rankings react more slowly. Keep your site updated and backed up, because a neglected install can undo good work.
