From agency floor to trusted consultant
I started in 2019 on the agency floor at Citrusbug, learning SEO the hands-on way: audits, on-page work and the unglamorous fundamentals across dozens of clients. That grounding taught me that most SEO problems aren't mysterious; they're just unaddressed.
From there I moved deeper into product, leading SEO for a B2B SaaS platform and managing accounts across CRM, health-tech and marketing brands. I saw first-hand how organic search could drive the majority of a company's revenue when it's treated as a real channel. On one SaaS account, 95% of revenue came from search.
Today I consult independently, working with SaaS founders, enterprises, agencies and SMEs who want senior SEO thinking without the overhead of an agency or a full-time hire. The brands change; the obsession with measurable outcomes doesn't.
