The challenge

What was the challenge?

A clinic with branches in Business Bay and Dubai Marina ranked for its name and very little else. People searching "frozen shoulder physio" or "sports massage Marina" found larger chains. Both branches shared a phone number, and front-desk staff answered the same insurance question all day.

The strategy

What was the strategy?

  1. 01

Give each branch its own profile, number and landing page

  2. 02

Publish injury and condition pages reviewed by the lead physiotherapist

  3. 03

Answer insurance, referral and session-length questions on the page

The playbook

What exactly was done?

3 moves, each with what was done and why it mattered.

  1. 01Local SEO

    Separated the two branches

Created distinct Business Profiles and branch pages with their own phone numbers, therapists, parking details and photos, then started a review request after the third session.

Why it mattered: Patients in pain do not travel far. Separate listings let each branch compete in its own map pack, and asking after the third session produced more detailed reviews.

  2. 02Content

Wrote pages around injuries, not services

Published pages for lower back pain, frozen shoulder, runner's knee and post-surgery rehab, each covering what to expect, how many sessions are typical and who should see a doctor first.

Why it mattered: People search their symptom. A clear explanation, reviewed by a licensed therapist, builds the trust that turns a reader into a booking.

  3. 03Conversion

Put insurance answers on every page

Listed accepted insurers per branch, explained when a referral is needed and added online booking on each injury page.

Why it mattered: Insurance decides many bookings. Clear answers shortened phone calls and raised the share of visitors who booked straight away.

The principles

What do I stand for?

  • Symptoms first

Pages start with the problem the patient has typed, then explain the care.

  • Every branch stands alone

A branch gets its own profile, phone number, reviews and page.
