What was the challenge?
A two-doctor clinic in Jumeirah relied on Instagram and paid ads. The website had one services page listing forty treatments, so searches like "melasma treatment Dubai" or "mole check near me" went to hospital groups and directories. Much of the old copy promised results in language the medical director was not comfortable defending.
What was the strategy?
- 01
Split the single services page into condition and treatment pages a dermatologist would sign off
- 02
Answer the price and suitability questions patients ask before they book
- 03
Track consultation requests per treatment so effort follows revenue rather than traffic
What exactly was done?
3 moves, each with what was done and why it mattered.
- 01Content
Built condition pages before treatment pages
Published pages for acne, melasma, eczema, psoriasis and mole checks, each explaining symptoms, when to see a doctor and the treatment options, with the reviewing dermatologist named on the page.
Why it mattered: Patients usually search the problem before the procedure. Named medical review also meets the standard Google expects from health content and gave the clinic something it could happily stand behind.
- 02Compliance
Rewrote claims with the medical director
Removed guaranteed outcomes and unsupported superlatives, checked images and offers before publishing, and set up a simple approval step for every new page.
Why it mattered: Health advertising in Dubai is regulated, so a page that ranks but breaks the rules is a liability. The approval step added a few days per page and removed the risk.
- 03Conversion
Added price ranges and a WhatsApp path
Published starting prices per treatment, listed accepted insurers for medical dermatology and placed a tracked WhatsApp button on each page.
Why it mattered: Price was the most common first message. Answering it on the page cut time-wasting chats and sent better-qualified requests to the front desk.
What do I stand for?
A doctor signs every page
Medical review is part of the process, not a final check. It protects patients and the clinic's licence.
Book consultations, not clicks
Requests per treatment decide what gets written next.
