What was the challenge?
A mid-size developer launched three off-plan projects in a year. Each time, brokers and portals published pages under the project name within hours, and the developer's own site ranked on page two for its own launches. Overseas investors from India, the UK and Russia found broker pages with outdated payment plans and missing details.
What was the strategy?
- 01
Publish and index each project page before the public announcement
- 02
Answer overseas investor questions: payment plans, Golden Visa, handover and ROI
- 03
Give brokers official assets that link back to the developer's page
What exactly was done?
4 moves, each with what was done and why it mattered.
- 01Launch SEO
Project pages ranked before launch day
Published a teaser page for each project six weeks before announcement, with the project name, location and a registration form, so it was indexed and earning links before brokers arrived.
Why it mattered: The first authoritative page usually keeps the top spot. Being indexed early meant the developer ranked first for its own project names on launch day.
- 02International SEO
Investor pages in four languages
Built payment plan, Golden Visa and handover pages in English, Arabic, Russian and Hindi, with currency converters and hreflang tags.
Why it mattered: Overseas investors research in their own language and currency. Official answers in their language beat broker summaries.
- 03Authority
Official broker kits
Gave registered brokers an official asset kit with brochures, renders and an embed that linked back to the developer's project page.
Why it mattered: Brokers would publish anyway. Making it easy for them to link to the official page turned competition into links.
- 04Conversion
Registration tracked by market
Tracked registrations of interest in GA4 by country and language, and passed them straight to the sales team's CRM.
Why it mattered: Sales could see which countries and languages were producing buyers, and timed roadshows around it.
What do I stand for?
Be first on your own name
A developer should never rank below a broker for its own project. That's decided before launch, not after.
Official beats copied
Investors trust the developer's own pages when they're complete and current.
