What was the challenge?
A 3PL operator with 120,000 sq ft of ambient and temperature-controlled space in Dubai South had a site full of stock photos and the word "solutions". Brands searching "ecommerce fulfilment Dubai" or "cold storage warehouse Dubai" couldn't see pallet capacity, temperature ranges or free zone status, so they called competitors who published them.
What was the strategy?
- 01
Publish real facility specs: capacity, temperature zones, certifications and location
- 02
Build service pages for ecommerce fulfilment, cold storage and bonded storage
- 03
Give buyers a pricing guide so enquiries arrive already qualified
What exactly was done?
4 moves, each with what was done and why it mattered.
- 01Content
Facility pages with real numbers
Created a page for each facility with pallet positions, temperature ranges, racking types, certifications, free zone status and a short video walkthrough.
Why it mattered: Warehouse buyers shortlist on specs. Publishing them answered the first questions on every sales call and made the pages worth ranking for specific searches.
- 02Site structure
Service pages buyers search for
Built pages for ecommerce fulfilment, cold chain storage, pharma storage, bonded warehousing and pick-and-pack, each linking to the facility that offers it.
Why it mattered: Buyers search a service and a place. Dedicated pages captured those searches instead of one generic "warehousing" page competing for all of them.
- 03Content
A pricing guide
Published a guide to warehouse pricing in Dubai: per-pallet storage, handling fees, minimum terms and what changes the price.
Why it mattered: Price is the most searched question in the category. Answering it openly earned rankings, links and enquiries from buyers whose budget already fitted.
- 04Local SEO
Profiles and directories for each site
Set up Business Profiles for each facility and listed the company in logistics directories and free zone partner listings.
Why it mattered: Many buyers search with "near Jebel Ali" or "Dubai South". Location signals put the facilities on the map for those searches.
What do I stand for?
Specs sell space
Buyers compare capacity, temperature and location. Publish them and the right buyers come to you.
Transparency builds trust
A pricing guide does not lose deals. It removes buyers who were never a fit and speeds up the ones who are.
